REFUND POLICY (DIGITAL PRODUCTS)
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Due to the digital nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided, except as explicitly stated below.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS – NO REFUNDS
All products sold by MDBW LLC are digital products, including but not limited to online courses, digital downloads, templates, toolkits, workbooks, e-books, trainings, masterclasses, and digital resources.
Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds once access has been granted.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & ACCESS PROTECTION
Once a digital product is delivered, accessed, downloaded, streamed, or unlocked, the product cannot be returned.
Digital content can be copied, stored, shared, or replicated, and we permanently lose control over the intellectual property once access is provided. For this reason, refunds are strictly prohibited.
CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES
By purchasing from MDBW LLC, you agree not to file a chargeback or payment dispute for any reason, including but not limited to not using the product, changing your mind, financial hardship, misunderstanding the offer, or dissatisfaction with results.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe, including Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other supported payment methods.
MDBW LLC actively contests all disputes and provides Stripe with proof of purchase, IP address and device data, timestamped delivery and access logs, and confirmation of acceptance of this refund policy.
Unauthorized chargebacks are considered a breach of this agreement.
NO RESULTS-BASED REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds based on results, outcomes, or lack thereof.
We make no guarantees regarding income, credit outcomes, approvals, financial results, or performance. Results vary based on individual effort, circumstances, and execution.
By purchasing, you accept full responsibility for your results.
LIMITED EXCEPTION – DUPLICATE PURCHASES ONLY
MDBW LLC does not offer refunds; however, we believe in fair and ethical business practices.
The only exception to our no-refund policy is for verified duplicate purchases.
A duplicate purchase is defined as the same customer accidentally purchasing the same product more than once or a confirmed system or checkout error resulting in a duplicate charge.
All duplicate purchase requests are manually reviewed.
MDBW LLC verifies purchase history, transaction records, and access logs. If a duplicate purchase is confirmed, only the duplicate (second) charge will be refunded. The original purchase remains non-refundable.
Duplicate purchase refunds are issued at the sole discretion of MDBW LLC and do not apply to intentional repeat purchases, purchases made weeks or months apart, claims of forgetting a previous purchase, or dissatisfaction with the product.
NO OTHER EXCEPTIONS
No refunds will be issued for reasons including but not limited to:
• I didn’t know it was non-refundable
• I didn’t use it
• I only accessed part of it
• It wasn’t what I expected
• I purchased by mistake
• I no longer want it
FRAUD & ABUSE POLICY
Any attempt to download content and request a refund, share or resell materials, duplicate or recreate our intellectual property, or file false disputes may result in immediate termination of access, permanent account suspension, and legal action where applicable.
ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy and acknowledge that all sales are final, subject only to the limited duplicate-purchase exception.
